I it is made of antique copper, brushed nickel, or bronze. In this case you would need to test the head with a cotton swab. Watch it to see if that in area changes in color or results in any negative appearance, if it does find a milder solution.

When cleaning your toilet it is a good tip to use baking soda. Baking soda is an excellent deodorizer and it also softens water. Take a toilet brush and brush the inside of the toilet, then pour a bit of white vinegar into the toilet and let sit for a few minutes. Then add a few drops of lemon for a refreshing smell.
