My story begins last year when I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. I was kid-sitting two pre-teens who had school the next morning. After a half dozen frustrating calls ("we don't work on Sundays", "our earliest appointment is Tuesday") I called Samco Plumbing. Joe was on-call and once he heard my dilemma, he said that he would be on his way. He did an excellent job repairing the issue and shared tips for preventing a repeat of the problem. Fast forward to the present day when I started shopping for a new water heater. I got a number of quotes, ranging from incredibly high to fairly reasonable. I also had several companies who either "didn't work with gas water heaters" or just plain didn't call me back. Samco Plumbing was the exact opposite. Martin called me, asked questions and suggested several models. Upon learning that I wanted to take advantage of a rebate from my gas provider, he double checked to ensure the models would qualify. He also shared information about possible financing (if desired) and walked thru the process including the availability of the item and the timing for the installation. The customer service from the employees in the office was also excellent. While I definitely don't want another plumbing emergency or the expense of another water heater any time soon, I feel confident knowing that I could reach out to Samco Plumbing and receive a fair quote, excellent workmanship, and amazing customer service.
